Bellbrook is a city in Montgomery County, Ohio. It was founded in 1816. Today, the city has a population of more than 7,300 residents with little room for continued growth. The name comes from an early settler named Stephen Bell and after a small brook named Little Sugar Creek.
The town’s name was originally two words when it was established in 1817. More than a century later, the name became one word and took its current form as “Bellbrook.” Throughout the years, Bellbrook has expanded like most cities, via land annexation. Most of the land that was annexed came from nearby Sugarcreek Township. The first annexation occurred in 1970; this increased the population to more than 5,000 residents. Eventually, by 1974, Bellbrook earned the status of being incorporated as a city. With large amounts of undeveloped land, city leaders say there isn’t room for any real future development. In April every year, Bellbrook hosts an annual festival called “Sugar Maple”; then in August it has another festival called “Lions Club Festival.”
Creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces with a purpose
We understand that you’re probably wondering about the cost of your landscaping project. We understand. We often will discuss a starting ballpark budget at the outset of the project just to make sure we’re in the right lane, and if you’re comfortable with that, we always put together an actual quote on your new yard or landscape, to be reviewed and approved by you before we start working. We will communicate with you along the way to make sure that everything is clear and understandable, that the vision is realistic with the budget, and that there are as few surprises as possible.
